I am still musing on the student protests last week, in particular on the peaceful intentions and committment of the vast majority, their treatment by the police, then the way in which the event has been selectively reported. I find myself rather appalled.....and saddened....
On a lighter note, the vegan Christmas cake is now out of the oven and resting with a tot of brandy!

Lovely phone call last night from a client who did Lightning Process with me about 5 months ago. Before she did Lightning Process she was in almost constant pain with fibromyalgia, and walked in on day 1 with crutches. She is now working FULL TIME!! What a joy! I feel so priveleged to be be able to work with people like this, and teach them how to re-gain their health.
Having an admin day today....and experimenting with adding seaweed to my bread.....smell of freshly baking bread is wafting around as I write this blog!
